MARKETING MANAGER | Global Entertainment Brand

This globally recognised entertainment and event brand is seeking a Marketing Manager to work in the creation and delivery of all brand, product and services to an eager global audience. This position would suit someone with experience in the entertainment industry, family attractions or live entertainment resorts and someone who’s looking to play a lead role in building one of the world’s most successful and much-loved brands through innovative creative marketing campaigns.

You should have a track record in brand building through strategic targeting, messaging, content and delivery and marketing industry knowledge in support of sales to create awareness of this brands services to potential clients across UK, Europe, and part of Asia.

Key accountability 

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Management of Content Executive who is responsible for all content creation
  • Be responsible for ensuring internal teams are up to date on digital, marketing trends, developments, campaigns.
  • Able to work closely with the sales team on pitches and increase their understanding of creative marketing and PR campaigns
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and company divisions of the business
  • Oversee the creation of sales and marketing tools including presentations, videos, case studies
  • Work closely with Global Product team and with internal design and video teams for campaign, content creation and sales assets purposes
  • Support the process of managing the eCRM and direct outreach programmes for the regional territories
  • Manage yearly marketing budget

Key Skills 

  • Experience of working in a similar marketing role either within an agency, commercial media owner or the entertainment industry
  • Extremely creative and innovative with strong creative writing skills
  • Excellent judge of creative ideas
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate your ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate positivity, energy and enthusiasm for the creative industry and the role.
  • Self-starter with ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • This is a central co-ordination role between sales, marketing and Head office functions so key negotiation and influencing skills are a must
