Exciting new opportunity for an expert wordsmith to join the Marketing and Comms team of this innovative business that works alongside some of the UK’s biggest and most well-known consumer brands and retailers. You should be able to communicate complex topics and concepts and translate these into engaging messages across b2b and b2c audiences.

Based in their South London HQ, you will be comfortable working autonomously but equally a team player alongside the digital marketing team. This is a very exciting time in the company’s growth with the focus for content across multiple channels for external and internal audiences, for numerous business sectors, from home care to food & nutrition, beauty, health to energy and automotive as well as offering enormous opportunities for personal career progression.

The Role:

  • Creation of compelling content for multi-channel and audience marketing campaigns, including website content, blogs, thought leadership reports, videos, podcasts, social media posts etc.
  • Develop and deliver content and communication plans in line with local, international, and corporate marketing calendars
  • Support content production for global and regional tradeshows/events (online & offline)
  • Ongoing support for local and business group website content including creation and delivery of editorial plan developed in association with key stakeholders
  • Creation and maintenance of internal briefing materials for local teams to implement within brand guidelines
  • Creation of articles, newsletters and presentations for use across internal communications channels including intranet, Yammer
  • Coordinate and conduct media relations with corporate and regional teams, including creation of press releases
  • Support local & regional communications teams
  • Work alongside digital teams to ensure editorial calendar supports b2c and b2b comms


  • Background in Marketing Communications preferably in an international organisation, B2B experience is desirable
  • Experienced content creation for email marketing, website content, social media, newsletters etc.
  • Experience in an agency environment is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing and marketing communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to readily understand complex material (commercial, technical) and translate into relevant, effective marketing ‘stories’
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and networking ability, capable of influencing, confident working across different groups of stakeholders including, on occasion the media
  • Self-starter, highly creative with an eye for design and close attention to detail
  • Well organised, proven experience of co-ordinating people and projects both inter- and intra- team
  • Familiarity with design programmes such as In-Design or Photoshop is desirable
